0000246: Set WO suffix to Line item using SO-N doesn't work on Kit Components |

Description |
If you have line items that are NOT being made into WOs before an item with kit components, the kit component WOs do not have the Line Number of the Parent. I guess it makes sense that, allowing for multiple components that may need WOs they can't all have the same suffix, but at the same times it's rather disconcerting, once you've gotten used to the suffix equaling the Line Number, to have it not. |

Here is the process that led me to these results:
Line one is a Kit type item, but with all components in stock.
Line two is a Kit type item with one component needed to be manufactured.
Using SO-N to create the WO, it assigned a suffix of -1 to the WO, not -2.
We have the option set to use the Line Number as the suffix set where ever that is and it always works fine for non-Kit type items. |
