We had a couple bumps in the road but they all made me feel very confident they could get us going again. Yesterday Malcolm worked his magic and completed the update. He also could sense my tension & made me feel comfortable about all the tweaks he needed to make. He explained everything before and after. Even though I cannot pretend to have understood it all, he made me feel comfortable about the process. He also followed up with a phone call this morning to make sure everything was in order & made a few more adjustments for me. Everything is working much better now.
