What's New?
Both DBA Classic and Evo-ERP have an increase in the number of available checking
accounts from 9 to 99. We are also developing a new program (Evo-ERP only) to
simplify reconciliation of credit card statements in Accounts Payable. This
program will be made available as a patch as soon as it is complete.
Evo-ERP introduces the ability to digitally approve Purchase Orders, optionally
limiting signers to the value of the Purchase Order they can approve.
Evo-ERP also introduces a new real time Work Center Activity program. This program
is a split screen that lists on the top half of the screen the work orders actively
being worked on in the Work Center (requires the use of Data Collection) and
on the bottom half, the list of work orders that are waiting in queue in the
work center to be started.
What's Coming?
Commission and pricing enhancements are plannext release, including effectivity
dates for Price Codes, Contract Prices and Discount codes, more than 2 Sales
Reps per order, commission assignment by item, an option to accrue commission
at invoice posting while preventing transfer to the Sales Rep until the customer
has paid, and a chargeback program to enter credit memos for short payments
that also posts a reduction to commission. Other than the chargeback program,
these enhancements will be available in both DBA Classic and Evo-ERP.
An increase in the number of available payment terms beyond 20 is also planned
for both DBA Classic and Evo-ERP..
