Evo–ERP and DBA Classic

Web Based Tutorials

How it Works – We use WebEx for the training sessions. Once you register, you will get an email with a link and access password for the session(s) you have registered for and an access phone number for audio. You do not need to have DBA or Evo-ERP loaded; you will be watching a shared view of the instructor's computer. See a Sample Session. (Note: if you have never used Webex, the sample session will automatically download the Webex Player which you can also manually download and install from the Webex website.)

You can log in from your office computer or set up a computer in a conference room for multiple participants. You can access the audio either by calling the phone number provided or using VOIP and the speakers and microphone on the computer. If this is your first session and you want to test it, email us and we can set up a test session to verify all the settings ahead of time. Registered attendees will also have access to the recorded sessions for future playback as refreshers, to clarify a topic, or to share with other employees.

Convenient Short Sessions – Each session will be scheduled for 2 hours or less and will be recorded. No travel expense and no need to be out of the office for days at a time. Recorded sessions will be split into topic specific chapters for ease of retrieval and convenient playback.

DBA Classic (all versions) and Evo~ERP – Training classes will focus on the core business logic of the programs which is essentially the same whether you use DBA Classic, DBA Classic with IS Tech updates installed, or Evo~ERP. Special sessions will also be offered covering new features such as Bar Code Data Collection, Evo Grids and User Defined fields and functions.

Experienced Instruction – IS Tech Support training sessions are taught by Lynn Pantic, who has over 15 years experience teaching and supporting DBA Classic Manufacturing and Evo–ERP

What it Costs - Pricing for the full library is based on your company DBA/Evo-ERP total user count. Cost is $250 per user up to a maximum of $2500 and is a permanent subscription to the library so once registered, you will be able to participate in future sessions and request additional sessions on topics you would like addressed in more detail. Registration includes a link to attend the original session (if it has not yet occurred) plus a web link to view the recorded session. Registration is per company, not per employee so once registered, different employees can attend and view different sessions as applicable to their job responsibilities. Individual modules can also be purchased - contact us for pricing
